Location: Dublin, Ireland (RoI)
Shift: 11h nightshift (7pm – 7am, on a rotation of 4 nights in and 3 nights off per week)
Salary: circa 2.790 euros per month
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Portuguese and German languages
- Intermediate level of English
- Complete mandatory Pre-employment screening (including Judicial and Financial checks)
- Permit to work in Ireland full time
- Previous call centre and/or fraud experience is preferential but not essential
- Passionate for customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
