Requirements:

  • Native in Portuguese
  • Fluent in English
  • Responsible, proactive, and communicative
  • Fast learner
  • Likes new technologies
  • Enjoys interacting with customers
  • Resistant to stress
  • Basic computer and Internet user
  • 1+ year experience in Customer Care services

Responsibilities:

  • Back office Customer Care: emails and online chat (main task)
  • Customer Care line (low frequency)
  • Maintain a positive interaction with customers
