We are currently looking for native language speakers Business Development Representative/Pre-Sales Agent in our Rome office with the responsibility of identifying, qualifying and nurturing business opportunities.
The Business Development Representative/Pre-Sales Agent is responsible for handling all inbound and outbound call activity as well as response handling to web, fax and email requests from Client prospects within the territory.
The primary objective is to identify and qualify prospects from a commercial perspective.
Required Competencies/Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Experience in working in a target-driven environment with particular focus on pre-sales, lead generation and qualification
- Experience and good working knowledge of the technology market; IT hardware, software and/or applications
- Experience in a business to business (B2B) environment
- Languages required – Portuguese OR Spanish to native level
- Sales minded and customer oriented
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Self motivated team player
