The fastest growing car hire broker – Travel Jigsaw are looking to recruit customer service advisors to join their expanding pre-travel services team. Handling calls from customers or replying to their emails this is a challenging and rewarding role located in a dynamic online environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and handling all pre-travel enquiries on their existing reservations.
- Actioning amendments and cancellations on bookings.
- Identifying up selling opportunities within existing reservations and confidently discussing the benefits of these.
- Maintaining impeccable customer service as the first point of contact for our customers who have questions pre-travel.
- Consistently meeting company and personal weekly sales targets.
Based in central Manchester, this role is working shifts – so full flexibility is required, examples of shifts include:7 am to 3pm, 8 am to 4 pm, 10 am to 6 pm, 11am to 7 pm and 2pm – 10 pm.
