In your role as a Support Specialist you will provide support to our Technical Teams. The Technical Teams support by email and phone our European customers for Rich Media Campaigns. Your role is to support the clients tools by gathering information, translating and if possible troubleshooting & resolving issues.
You will need some technical understanding with excellent customer service/client facing experience. You will need to be a team player with ability to multitask and prioritise. A desire to provide quality customer support for the leaders in Ad Management. Exceptional attention to detail and equally strong communicating both by phone or email. Enjoy working in a fun team environment and able to meet and exceed personal targets. A passion to learn and develop a must.
Position: Portuguese Utility Support
- Provide language support and translations for European customers
- Provide low level technical support for assigned products/tasks.
- Work with more senior personnel or the Escalation Management Team effectively on more complex technical issues, in order to provide regular updates and a timely resolution to the customer. Ensure that information about any solution that was not easily found in the Help Center is passed on appropriately.
- Leverage the internal and external Help Center for prompt and accurate resolution of basic technical issues.
Requirement: Portuguese Utility Support
- Experience of working in a client-facing technical customer support (help desk, call center) environment, preferably supporting Internet-based products.
- Proven trouble shooting skills
- Must be fluent in English (oral and written) as well as the second European language
- Knowledge of basic HTML concepts e.g an ability to identify tags
