Duties:
- Validate customer service entitlements.
- Assume responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries.
- Escalate calls that cannot be resolved locally, as appropriate.
- Positively manage internal relationships.
Requirements:
- Very good English language skills, and excellent communication skills in one of the languages indicated above
- Computer and Keyboard Skills
- Good analytical skills and technical knowledge
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Experience in a multinational environment would be appreciated

- English, French, German or Portuguese
