Customer Service Representative – Bulgária

Duties:

  • Validate customer service entitlements.
  • Assume responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries.
  • Escalate calls that cannot be resolved locally, as appropriate.
  • Positively manage internal relationships.

Requirements:

  • Very good English language skills, and excellent communication skills in one of the languages indicated above
  • Computer and Keyboard Skills
  • Good analytical skills and technical knowledge
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Experience in a multinational environment would be appreciated

Languages:

  • English, French, German or Portuguese
