Based in Beautiful Krakow we have immediate opportunities for a Service Manager to work in this international and professional environment. As a Service Manager you will you will be managing a team of IT Support Team Leaders effectively through structured coaching and delivering by example. You actively manage your team, provide support, motivate and retain an outstanding team. Your responsibility is to ensure 100% delivery of all contractual and quality service goals (SLA’s).
The candidate must show a customer focused approach, confidently dealing with customer escalations and showing flexibility/creativity in seeking innovative win/win situations. They must be culturally sensitive to regional and corporate cultures.
