Operations Executive – Romanshorn, Suiça

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • The handling process of bookings through incoming calls and emails.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • To answer and deal with all aspects of the post booking procedures – Hotel Changes, Customer Support, Trade Support, Inventory and Quality Control.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Overseeing all email inboxes ensuring enquiries are prioritized and answered throughout the day by admin operations
  • Managing in resort queries (during office hours, duty office takes over out of hours)
  • Answering calls and providing excellent standard of customer service
  • Managing pre departure complaints
  • Agree refunds and compensation over and above TAC authorized guidelines

KEY SKILLS:

  • Excellent customer service levels
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to multi task
  • Work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Likes to work in a team
  • English essential (written and verbal)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Tourism/Travel background
  • Proven track record of customer service experience
